WHAT IS AN ECO-LUXURY WEDDING?

An eco-luxury wedding is a celebration that blends sustainability with elegance, minimizing environmental impact while creating a beautifully curated wedding experience. Our approach includes responsible waste management, food donation, recycling, and a strict no-plastic policy, all in alignment with our sustainable ethos.

HOW MUCH TIME TO I NEED TO PLAN MY WEDDING WITH YOU?

In a perfect world we recommend starting the planning process 9 to 12 months in advance. However, we have successfully organized stunning weddings in as little as 4 months for couples with tighter timelines.

DO YOU ONLY WORK IN CATALONIA?

We are based in Barcelona, Spain, and have planned weddings across Barcelona, Tarragona, and Girona, as well as in northern and southern Spain. We follow love wherever it takes us!

WHAT DOES DECORATING A WEDDING WITH YOU INVOLVE?

Our design philosophy revolves around natural, bucolic, and sustainable aesthetics. We create enchanting atmospheres using:

WILL YOU BE PRESENT ON OUR WEDDING DAY?

Absolutely! I personally oversee the wedding setup and full coordination alongside my expert team. Our approach is based on professionalism and a close, hands-on relationship with our couples, especially when organizing a wedding from afar.

HOW CAN I BOOK YOUR SERVICES AND MAKE PAYMENTS?

Once we confirm our collaboration together, we porceed with the following payment steps:

  • 25% deposit upon signing the contract
  • 50% payment due 6 months before the wedding
  • Final 25% payment due 10 days before the wedding

HOW MUCH WILL MY WEDDING IN SPAIN COST?

Your budget will largely depend on the venue, guest count, and decorative concept you envision. We typically work with budgets ranging from €50K to €120K. Contact us through our contact form to receive a personalized quote.

WHAT TYPES OF CEREMONIES DO YOU OFFER AND WHAT PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED?

We specialize in cultural fusion weddings, including:

  • Catholic and Jewish ceremonies
  • Civil ceremonies
  • Ritual ceremonies

For couples interested in legally marrying in Spain (Civil or Catholic ceremonies), we can guide you through the documentation process and handle the necessary appointments on your behalf.

HOW MANY TRIPS PRE-WEDDING DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We typically organize two pre-wedding trips where the Venue scouting and the Menu tasting takes place. 

Additional trips may be required depending on dress fittings and other key suppliers, but we strive to streamline everything into two essential visits.
